We make every effort to display colours and images accurately; however, variations may occur depending on your screen and device.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight variations in finish, stone colour, or setting may occur.

3. Orders and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorised resale, or pricing errors.

All payments are processed securely.

4. Production, Shipping and Returns

All jewellery is made to order. Estimated production and delivery time is 3–5 weeks.

Orders are shipped via DHL Express, fully insured and tracked.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please review our full Shipping & Returns Policy before purchasing.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Carré Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

All shipments are insured during transit and will be replaced in the event of loss or damage.
