Delivery
All Atlas Carré pieces are made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production, followed by delivery via DHL Express.
Shipping, duties and taxes are included in the final price. No additional charges are due on delivery.
Delivery times after dispatch:
UK: 1–2 business days
International: 2–5 business days
All orders are shipped via DHL Express, fully insured, tracked, and require a signature on delivery. We do not ship to PO boxes.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, and all countries within the European Union.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local disruptions.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. For address changes, contact contact@atlascarre.com before dispatch.
Once an order has shipped, delivery is managed by DHL. Any delivery changes must be arranged directly with DHL using your tracking number.
If a shipment is refused or returned to us, any return shipping costs or duties incurred may be deducted from your refund.
