Refund policy




We hope you love your Atlas Carré piece. If not, returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, certificates, and branded elements.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or bespoke items (including custom sizes, engravings, or special colours)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards or final-sale items
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Start a Return

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Email contact@atlascarre.com with your order number and we will provide return instructions.

  • UK orders: prepaid return label provided
  • International orders: return shipping and any applicable duties are the customer’s responsibility

Items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return has been received and approved.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your refund is processed.

Any duties or charges incurred on return shipments will be deducted from the refund.


Faults & Warranty

Manufacturing faults are covered by our Lifetime Warranty. Items with confirmed defects will be repaired or replaced at no cost.


Transit Cover

All parcels are fully insured. In the event of loss or damage during transit, we will remake and replace your piece at no cost.


Ring Resizing

We offer one complimentary resize per ring within a reasonable size range.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our workshop.

Resizing is not available for certain designs, including full eternity bands, and may not be possible for all size adjustments.
