Atlas Carré Launch Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   Atlas Carré, London, United Kingdom (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
   Open to residents aged 18+ of the United Kingdom, United States (50 states + DC), the EEA, and Switzerland. Void where prohibited. Employees, agents and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible. Internet access and a valid Instagram account are required.

3. Giveaway Period
   Opens 20 September 2025 and closes 28 September 2025 at 23:59 BST (“Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

4. How to enter (mandatory)
   a) Follow @atlascarre on Instagram.
   b) Submit a valid email address and Instagram handle via the giveaway form on our website (link in bio).
   c) Like the giveaway post on Instagram.
   d) Comment on the giveaway post tagging two friends (two @handles in one comment).
   Limit: One (1) entry per person/email/Instagram handle. Duplicate emails or handles may be disqualified. No purchase necessary.

5. Bonus entry (optional)
   One (1) additional entry if you share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and mention @atlascarre during the Giveaway Period. Shares from private accounts may not be visible and may not be verifiable.

6. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive one Atlas Carré Tennis Necklace in gold vermeil set with lab-grown light-blue spinel (aquamarine tone). Approximate retail value: £1,090. At the winner’s request, the prize may be produced in an alternative Atlas Carré signature colour; production time 3–5 weeks. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Shipping
   Prize ships free via DHL Express. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to eligible countries listed under Eligibility. Signature on delivery is required.

8. Selection & notification
   Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 72 hours of the Closing Date and notified by email from contact@atlascarre.com. The winner must respond within 7 days with shipping details and (if requested) verification information. If the winner does not respond in time or fails verification, the Promoter may select an alternate winner.

9. Verification
   The Promoter may verify eligibility by checking the provided Instagram handle for: (a) following @atlascarre; (b) a like and a comment with two valid tags on the giveaway post; and (c) if applicable, a visible Story share mentioning @atlascarre. Private accounts may be asked to provide a screenshot as proof.

10. 15% code for entrants
    All valid entrants receive a 15% off code for their first piece, valid for 30 days from issue. One-time use, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, cannot be combined with other offers, excludes gift cards and bespoke commissions. Additional exclusions may apply.

11. Taxes & duties
    For eligible destinations, duties and taxes are prepaid by the Promoter under DDP. Any local restrictions, customs requirements or documentation remain the responsibility of the winner.

12. Publicity
    The winner’s first name and country may be announced on Atlas Carré channels after verification. The winner may be asked (but is not required) to share a photo of the prize.

13. Data & privacy
    Personal data (email, Instagram handle) will be used to administer the giveaway and, if you have explicitly opted in, for marketing in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing does not affect your chances of winning.

14. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entries, disqualify any entrant in breach of these Terms, substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary, and cancel or amend the promotion where reasonably required. The Promoter’s decision is final. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, the Promoter is not responsible for entries not received, technical failures, or any loss arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

15. Instagram disclaimer
    This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from any responsibility.

16. Governing law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
